This is here because I needed a cover for the Gallery view.

I was tasked with institutionalising and expanding the membership of SmartSparks, an angel investment network based in Calicut, India. Before writing formal pitch deck vetting procedures, onboarding contracts and commencing with the first round of pitches, I used this redesign to think through what the values of a young angel investment network should be.

VIVUM is one of India's largest school fests by attendance, hosting 5,000+ students over four days of cultural and cultural events. For VIVUM17, I was appointed CFO with the dual task of revamping the business model (it had lost money for the last 7 years; creditors were paid through bailouts from the bursary) and making it work over 3 days, instead of 4.
The event saw record attendance (6000+) as a result of my ideas: a pseudocurrency called VIVUM cash, a licensed TEDx event, 30 spots for food vendors in a new 'VIVUM hub', a focus on merchandise over sponsorships, and the introduction of sponsorship tiers.
Revenue of 43,00,000 INR ($59,000) over three days, and a profit of 8,00,000. As a result of extensive documentation, the model has been reused every year, and continues to make a profit.
Here, too, my instinct was to think through my ideas through designing a single sponsorship brochure in the first week, and set a precedent for the rest of the festival.

This was my creative agency I ran for a few months. I directed and edited about a dozen ad films for restaurants and startups, PSAs during a natural disaster in my home state, a short film (unfinished, as a result of the aforementioned natural disaster) and lots of dumb graphic design for businesses and colleges. I got around the fact that I didn't have any real experience with filmmaking by bundling consulting: for the first client, a restaurant called Grill N Chill, I wrote the franchise model. I also made sure I learned on the fly.
I also forgot to pay for hosting, so I only have a few things found to show: an ad for Errando (the consulting bundled here was an app redesign, mentioned below), and whatever is on the left.

A hotfix for a hyperlocal delivery startup based in Calicut, India. Designed in 4 days, introduced to Sketch over the course of it. The new UI/UX was implemented in full by a separate team.
Two screens, two nudges.
This was for a freshman year project. The task was to incentivise sustainable spending behaviour through a debit card points system.
Worked on the algorithm that gives out the points, and the accompanying UI.
